The Pure Est philosophy is based on organically producing excellent Spanish wines that resonate with the soil and terroir where their grapes are grown.

The vineyards are located in a hilly area with several ravines that can be more than 100 meters deep. The vines are grown on limestone soils in the southeast of the province of Valencia.

A seductive full-bodied wine made from organic Monastrell grapes (also known as Mourvèdre), a quintessential variety native to the Spanish Mediterranean coast. Powerful aromas of dark fruit and floral notes both on the nose and on the palate lead to herbaceous flavors with a hint of black pepper in the finish.
