Cubet de Vinya Alforí comes from a small area of ​​the Macabeo plot, with very special characteristics. The wine is fermented at a controlled temperature in concrete tanks, with the aim of enhancing the different fermentative aromas. After fermentation, the wine rests for about 18 months in concrete tanks and then settles in the bottle, where it remains for another 12 months.
