Our brand new concept is based on a culinary foodpairing experience with our organic beers and wines with friends and family, in which a gastronomic evening is central. Romantic with two or in a group cosy and informal dining. Everything is possible. Without rules or regulations, with fingers or fork.
Organic quality ingredients
We only work with fresh, high-quality ingredients, organic dishes and provide beverages that will consist of 99% organic drinks. For the composition of our menu and drinks menu, we have selected as many local partners as possible who share the same passion for organic and high quality ingredients. All of our dishes and beverages were carefully selected one by one by fellow manager Denis Renty, who personally visited all the producers, vineyards and plantations. This means that we only work with products that we fully support which offer added value for our customers.
With chef Maxim, our customers are in good hands! As a former student of Hotelschool Ter Duinen in Koksijde and his gastronomic background in numerous Michelin restaurants, Maxim always knows how to combine his sublime cooking skills with his love for organic and quality ingredients.
A Sopexa’s sommelier training has also enabled Denis to find the right harmony between beer, wine and dish.
